Playa Lechi (Milk Beach) is the local name for the area of the ocean boulevard where the Residence is located. It stretches from the south of Kralendijk, past the center, and ends towards the north of town.  Along the boulevard you'll find several piers which are used by local fishermen and where they bring in the fresh catch daily. It is fun to walk along the boulevard or just sit and watch the activities with the moored ships, the fishermen, or the swooping birds and the fish in shallow waters. The center of Kralendijk is an easy walk from Playa Lechi Residence, and you'll find a number of surprisingly good restaurants with oceanview, colorful ambience, and many different international dishes. Truly dining on Bonaire is a gastronomic adventure.
